Acquisition and development of a residential infill site within the established Pinjarra townsite precinct. Through strategic design refinement and management of the approval process, the yield has increased to a 47-lot concept, enhancing the overall investment outcome.

JW Property Group has navigated evolving Shire and DPLH planning requirements to establish a clear development pathway, with approvals progressing and civil works targeted to commence following approval.

The site is also approximately 13 km from HMAS Stirling and within the broader AUKUS-related growth corridor, supporting future demand from defence personnel, contractors and skilled workforce households seeking larger lifestyle lots close to coastal amenity and employment.

Located in close proximity to HMAS Stirling, this boutique 14-lot green title development was strategically acquired and positioned to capitalise on strong demand from the Defence Housing Australia market. JW Property Group oversaw the delivery of the project from development through to completed house-and-land packages, with all homes successfully sold and leased in 2026.

Identification, land assembly and rezoning of a highly fragmented 170 ha infill precinct from Rural to Urban in 2025. The outcome followed more than five years of sustained work, extensive technical investigations and ongoing engagement with landowners, community, Council and State Government agencies, together with successfully navigating the formal EPA environmental approval process.

A significant body of planning, environmental, servicing, infrastructure and design work has since been undertaken to inform the Local Structure Plan, which is now nearing completion.
