Understanding and having experience in identifying longterm large development opportunities that require both vision and patience not to mention a strategic approach to both the environmental and town planning approvals process is critical.  Johnno has successfully assembled, acquired and obtain approvals for approximately 7000 lots across 3 masterplanned projects and currently working on 1900 lots across 2 other projects.  Johnno was instrumental in delivering WA's award winning Port Bouvard consisting of 2750 lots including golf course, marina village and 670 canal lots.

As metropolitan Perth spreads further north and south adding unnecessary pressure on transport and servicing infrastructure,  strategic opportunities for infill development can be found.  JW Property Group has an intimate understanding of government prioritised development precincts often supported by changing planning schemes where much value can be created.
