Possibly the most valuable and largest remaining undeveloped metro land holding, this 275ha urban zoned site has been though an extensive planning and environmental approval process including WA's first privately owned water treatment licence. Johnno was instrumental in overseeing a project team to obtain all planning and environmental approvals.

Acquisition, approval and development of a 47 residential lot subdivision. A unique infill location adjacent to the Murray River. This project had challenges with drainage, acid sulphate soils and wetland setbacks that were resolved through a proactive planning and engineering design process which incorporated the civil contractor early in the process.
